prayer with bible Spiritual Prayers Cure and Enlightenment Ideas to get Happy, Healthy and Successful

I wish to complete what I began in “Spiritual Healing Cure and Enligthenment Ideas to get Happy, Healthy and Successful“.

Here are some practical approaches to gaining spiritual enlightenment, including all the health benefits associated with – and achieved with this transformation. So here they are …

When ever you feel a strong emotional desire to perform a certain change in your life, when you intuitively understand you are onto some important insight just keep feeling it without forcing it intellectually. Focus on it, observe the thought and emotion it invokes.  If you sense it’s good and makes you feel relieved and as if a burden is being taken of your shoulders just by imagining how this change would affect your life and sense of self, simply stay loyal to that feeling/emotion and use it to take a deep decision. Like Socrates did – ask yourself questions that you answer very honestly to get clarity about things relevant to you. Continue asking yourself deep questions until you have no more doubt and feel you are ready to take an important decision.

Knowing exactly where this sudden clear moment will take you isn’t important and in fact you shouldn’t worry about that. Simply go with that intuitive flow and see where it takes you. If you start doing that in your life, as opposed to always worrying and expecting certain things such as achieved goals to make you happy, then rest assured good things will follow and life will turn out to be great and easy as a game, instead of a heavy burden that just has to be overcome and passed.

The reality is that - The now is the only thing that exists – and thus the only place where transformation and creativity can take place. The past and future are illusions defended by the ego in order to keep up the illusion of the illusory false ego, despite this implies seeing the world as hostile and other people as potential threats, which causes a lot of pain to you and others.

Believing in the power of the now/(present moment) leads to freedom and happiness and eliminates the pain inherited in thinking based on the pain and limits of some subjective imagined/recalled past and the fear of not being able to control the future to achieve certain goals. Believe in the present.

As the bible says: Don’t worry about tomorrow. Only deal with today. This will indeed free you to become creative and make your unique contributions to the world, thereby fulfilling your mission and harvest the implicit happiness, while effortlessly going with the flow without resistance.

Make the changes you yourself know and sense are right. Also start challenging your habbits, your comfort zones. For example change your daily routines: Talk to new people, take different streets than usual, do things you normally would feel uncomfortable when doing, because you are not used to it. Bring small gifts whenever you visit people etc.

In short push yourself to realise that you can do what you want. That leads to freedom. Just don’t do things that baiscally are against your values unless you realise they were not real values, worth keeping.

Change needs the basic beliefs to be in alignment with your actions. Else you will be fighting a battle you can’t win since you don’t deeply believe in it. Read more about how belief and faith is important here: Natural Allergy Cure.

Some vital and obligatory steps:

  • Appreciate, appreciate and appreciate. It focuses your thinking on positive issues and make you feel good and have surplus of energy. It opens up your heart and allows you to give and receive even more.
  • Forgive others for what they did to you and others, knowing they were insane. You might not feel an overwhelming love towards them which is understandable but at least you can accept things as they are now and know they have to deal with their crazy mistakes and take their karma. They are going to pay for their evilness so don’t make your hands dirty. Keep yourself clean. Don’t let evil forces fool you to loose your stability. By staying out of it you are acting wisely.

What more is: How can you expect God to forgive you if you don’t forgive others and how can you forgive yourself for your own mistakes? Forgiving sinners is greatness. Do to others as you wish they’ll do to you. I sometimes pray that God will open the eyes of someone who acted in a not nice way.

I wish they’ll learn, even if their ego considers that suffering: It only remains suffering as long as there is resistance. Hardship is an important possible portal to spiritual enlightenment, the success of which depends on surrendering to the truth, and letting go of the egos stubborn defenses.

There are infinitely many reasons and excuses to why people do the bad mistakes they do and it makes sense to think that they are/were blind and unconscious while doing it and use all kinds of crazy justification for their bad deeds. I believe people are like unconscious programs and we should be nice to ourselves and stay out of their blind evilness.

If we engage in their unconscious automatic circles then we will complicate our lives and loose focus on our true freedom and loose the power to accomplish what we are truly capable of. We will loose the power to other egos which are in fact unaware illusions repeating the same mistakes others did and continuing degenerate and dysfunctional habits of their ancestors and society.

You see, keeping on hating will ultimately make you do mistakes and wrong things yourself, so take the opportunity to say that you don’t need to get involved emotionally in the wrong behaviors of others since it’s not your fault and why fight a war that you are not part of instead of following the better path that you are on now and believe and act according to true convictions of love and other related basic values.

Do what you think is right and don’t let hate motivate you to unjust revenge. According to the Bible, only God can judge because only God knows. Believe in meaning and some ultimate justice instead. Would people be bad and do evil things if the world were a place full of love? I doubt it. It’s better to think people are trapped in unconscious bad behavior so don’t let hate and self claimed justice make you become like them.

  • Ask God for forgiveness with humbleness and complete honest surrender and willingness to perform the needed changes (even if you still don’t know what they will be) and then forgive yourself for your mistakes. Reinforce your trust and faith in yourself to remain on the right path, by doing the changes you decided, stepwise and perhaps by taking some quantum leaps, which also will take you physically out of the old reality and circumstances, that kept you imprisoned.

Those circumstances (your life situation) have kept your true pure self imprisoned by maintaining and contributing to the ego’s illusion of you being stuck in some unfortunate and unhappy life situation that your ego stubbornly insisted to identify yourself with. Rather your true self has allowed the ego to take over and believe that the ego is the self, while the reality is that the ego only consists of memories of subjectively interpreted events, pain and limitations.

The truth is that your self is completely free but unfortunately long ago at some point in the history of mankind, the erroneous identification of the self with the ego happened (gradually and as a shift in the structure of the mind).

I personally think that we ought to focus on children, learn from their ability to be present and allow them the freedom and natural immediacy and avoid the use of the word “NO” in order to not limit their creativity, also later in life. However children quickly learn to copy adults and their mistakes and thus learn to get more and more trapped in their mind of useless thoughts, at the cost of being present and alive and unworried. Be like a child and seize life with the ease of a small child. Carpe Diem!

When changing things to the better as described, you will know yourself what is needed. Use the moments of clarity and follow what they say. They can get you out of the old rut and habits and when you keep focused on including them in the daily lifestyle (including in the way of thinking), your convictions will change from old patterns to those new, since you will see they work.

In addition to taking deep decisions you can speed up the progress of the new changes by making a simple daily list of things you wish to do, which can include behavior and attitude, and then check it out during the day and evaluate it in the evening in order to focus on which actions that need emphasis. Many years ago I invented a simple technique of applying all the points I wanted to follow during the day in a left column on a piece of paper and then creating empty columns to the right in which to check out the accomplished behaviors or tasks. One piece of paper could then last for many days (perhaps 2 weeks or a month).

Another collateral benefit of changing and varying your life, even small things, is that stress and depression are avoided and cured and so are tons of possible illnesses, that creep in on you when weakened, especially for longer times.

By following my advice, you will transform your life and those around you and harvest all the benefits including happiness, love, a fantastic health and a true strong dignified identity, your true self blossoming.

Good luck. May our loving creator bless you!
